How do you provide IT support services to your clients?
Our clients enjoy the flexibility of fully remote desktop and cloud services support; with call-out options. For our larger clients, we offer on-premise technical support personnel. Our support is Australian based and will never be sent offshore.
Can you supply desktop hardware and other business technology?
Jenkins Digital can supply, install and maintain both hardware and software solutions for our clients. Everything from business networking to word processing – we’ve got it covered.
My business is growing; how will that affect our costs?
We offer our Managed IT Services as a simple, per user, per month subscription-based service, so you’ll always know what you’re paying ahead of time. However, our managed IT service subscription does not cover the cost of newly procured hardware or software.
