We’re Changing.

We’re contacting you to let you know that Jenkins Digital is undergoing some changes. These changes won’t impact how we do business or the services we currently supply you with. 

So, what’s happening?

Jenkins Digital is restructuring from a company to a sole trader business, and accordingly, some things, such as our Australian Business Number and banking details will change.

Additionally, we will be adjusting our hosting fee from 1 August 2023. Our Hosting fee will change from $25 per month to $27, or $324 annually.

When will this happen?

We’ve started turning the wheels on this already. If you’re a Monthly Hosting customer, on 1 July, you will have received your last invoice from Jenkins Digital Pty Ltd.

From 1 August, you will receive invoicing from the new business at the new rate.

Are you on an Annual Hosting Plan?

Pay annually for hosting? We will migrate your plan into the new business structure, and you will receive an invoice on your next annual billing date.

Prefer an Annual Hosting Plan?

Do you want to avoid acquitting transactions monthly? Let us know, and we’ll change you to an annual hosting plan.

Will support change?

No. Our hosting customers will continue to receive all the benefits they receive now. Such as dedicated Australian-based hosting, daily backups, SSL/TLS certificates, and unlimited support for your website.

New Business Details:

From 1 August, we’ll start using our new business details. They’re as follows:

• Business Name: James Jenkins
• ABN: 34 138 546 104
• GST: We will no longer charge GST.

We encourage you to update your respective accounting services or platform. New payment details will be included in your next invoice.
